This six-acre acreage was transformed into a complete staycation destination designed for year-round enjoyment. The property features two distinct lifestyle zones: a dynamic play area with a multi-sport court, playground, and firepit gathering space, and a resort-style backyard with a full pool, outdoor kitchen, spa, and pergola lounge. All areas are seamlessly connected by over 2,500 feet of paved pathways and surrounded by curated landscaping, natural lawn spaces, and thoughtfully placed tree plantings that create both openness and privacy.

The design focused on creating a cohesive environment that balances activity, relaxation, and long-term functionality. Each space was intentionally positioned to take advantage of natural wind protection, sightlines, and flow between zones. Materials and finishes were selected to maintain a clean, modern aesthetic while ensuring durability, including structured hardscapes, integrated retaining walls, and low-maintenance planting strategies. The result is a unified landscape where every element connects visually and functionally, supporting both everyday living and large-scale entertaining.

Built over two full seasons, the project required careful planning, coordination, and execution across multiple phases. Starting with an already established home, shop, and driveway, the construction introduced major features including the pool and patio systems, sports court, accessory buildings, extensive hardscaping, and over 2,500 feet of asphalt pathways. Grading, retaining structures, irrigation systems, and planting installations were all integrated to ensure long-term performance and sustainability. Every component was constructed with attention to detail and durability, resulting in a property designed to be enjoyed for years to come.
