Hey it's Bryan Baeumler, please watch my buddy David and The Landscape Artist on CTV Sundays.
So we've been Baeumler Approved for two companies that have been a part of for about eight years that's when I first met you when you were coming out here doing the home shows and then did.
That's been a while.
It's been a while, right, and hopefully I've been learning.
You've been growing, you've been learning, doing a great job down here you know we have a great group of Baeumler Approved contractors in Calgary and Vancouver and Edmonton, I mean right across the country. The great thing for homeowners is they can go on the site they can meet guys like Dave here at The Landscape Artist and you know see the projects they've done, but not only that, you know, we've really narrowed down that search for people looking for the perfect contractor, I mean ultimately it's the relationship and the trust they have to develop between the person they're hiring but all that homework has been done. We know you're licensed, we know you're insured, we know you're well referenced, we know.
The hardest vetting process I've ever been through was with Baeumler Approved.
Of course.
More than any other local or international or national entity that wants to take my money per month right you know.
And at the end of the day I mean, we started the program, we had thousands of homeowners calling and emailing looking for references looking for people to hire to do trades, people that they could trust and it's important to me you know if i say give David a call at The Landscape Artist, I know all your homework's been done, I know everything's in the file, I know David is experienced and well referenced just like all the Baeumler Approved members and if there's ever any issues, I mean we all we all mess up and it's important that we work with people that we trust there's a code of conduct in place and it's important that we know that people say: oh I made a boo-boo, done it myself hundreds of times maybe thousands of times.
You've been talking to my wife.
No but it's important we acknowledge that it's importand that we fix it, so we want to work with people that are in the industry that know what they're doing, that love what they're doing, that are in it for the long haul and we want to help them grow and we want to help the homeowners connect with them and that's what the Baeumler Approved program does.
And that's what we found being a part of it is twofold one it brings leads to us because you've vetted us and said okay you guys are good and you have to keep being good.
Yeah.
Right, but also you know for homeowners it's a safety net, right. Just like just like these home shows that we do you come here. We're gonna be here every year, you know where to come and knock me out if i did a bad job, right, you know so, but yeah.
I don't think we have to worry about that.
